HubSpot & Inbound Consultant

Digitopia is looking for a HubSpot & Inbound Consultant who’s ready to build their career at the intersection of digital marketing and RevOps. This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage 6–8 B2B client relationships, helping them get the most out of HubSpot and coordinating with our team of marketing specialists to execute campaigns, automation, and reporting.

 

This Role is Perfect for Someone Who:

  • Has a solid understanding of HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, and reporting tools
  • Loves working with clients and helping them solve business problems
  • Be a writer at heart with a deep understanding of funnel-based strategies
  • Have a strong eye for sales copy that converts, and
  • Possess an elevated working knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and Paid Advertising best practices

You won’t be solely responsible for SEO or paid strategies or writing copy—but the clients you manage will also have these service line items with us and you will be their main point of contact. So, you will need to understand how those things work enough to guide conversations and support execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for 6–8 clients using HubSpot. Act as the main point of contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives.
  • Lead weekly client calls, set goals, and communicate progress
  • Build intermediate to advanced HubSpot assets like dashboards, custom reports, automation, landing pages, emails, and anything that helps operationalize marketing and sales within HubSpot
  • Manage internal collaboration with specialists in SEO, content, paid ads, and email marketing
  • Help clients clean up and organize their data (properties, lifecycle stages, segmentation, etc.)
  • Strategize and create full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns
  • Provide clear documentation and guidance for how things work inside the client’s HubSpot portal
  • Design and execute personalized email nurturing campaigns to engage leads, build trust, and guide them through the buyer’s journey.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including sales copy, blog posts, and rich media, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot (you more than know your way around the Hubs)
  • Experience working with clients (agency or in-house is fine)
  • Solid project coordination skills and a high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication—you’re confident on Zoom calls and in Slack threads
  • A working knowledge of digital marketing tactics like SEO, email nurturing, and funnel-based content strategy (you won’t execute these, but you’ll help connect the dots)
  • A proactive attitude—if something needs to get done, you don’t wait to be told

Bonus Skills and Attributes

  • A “copy and paste” working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
  • At least 3 current HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce automation a plus
  • Experience working with B2B companies—specifically with Technology and/or SaaS.
