As you move into the second 4-weeks of the program, your RevOps Growth Consultant provides you the guidance, support, and coaching your Marketing, Sales, and Service teams need to start executing against your RevOps Growth Roadmap. Simultaneously, our team builds you four executive-level analytics reports so you are consistently monitoring performance and tracking against your growth goals.

Here are the two key areas of the second phase of the program: 

  • Coaching, Training, and Support  - We help guide your team as they start implementing the recommended strategies identified to operationalize revenue across Marketing, Sales, and Service. 
  • Actionable Analytics Dashboards - We establish and build four dashboards designed to give you the data and insights you need to monitor performance and track against your growth goals.
