The Challenge

Pursell Farms faced a clear business challenge:

Weekday event dates during shoulder months were harder to fill than weddings and weekend golf. 

They needed a smarter strategy to position the resort as a top choice for off-season events and drive more group bookings.

  • Pursell Farms needed a way to supplement demand reliably during non-peak months
