Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with 2+ years of experience professionally managing paid social media campaigns. You will be leading the strategy and growth of client accounts and you will be fostering relationships with existing clients. You will be developing social media strategies, building social advertising campaigns, helping to create content, and fine-tuning campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure we exceed client expectations and create a magical client experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic oversight, setup, creation and execution of paid social media campaigns
  • Continually test and optimize social media advertising campaigns
  • Lead social media strategy sessions with clients
  • Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
  • Develop content calendars
  • Produce timely reports detailing and analyzing campaign performance
  • Liaise with designers, photographers, and writers to ensure content is appealing and informative
  • Work with the team to ensure workflow efficiency and create new innovative ways to increase performance and further improve results
  • Communicate with industry professionals and relevant influencers via social media to grow a strong network
  • Stay up-to-date with changes or impending changes on social media platforms

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of agency or in-house experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Proven results building Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns designed with different objectives in mind
  • Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation and lead generation
  • Strong focus on great customer service and building client relationships
  • Excellent written, oral, organizational and multi-tasking skills with superior attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

  • HubSpot Certifications
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel implementation
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Shopify
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
