Digitopia is looking for a US-based Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. From facilitating initial conversations to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our sales team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Digitopia. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in the exciting and quickly-evolving field of Revenue Operations.

  • Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads leveraging sales development best-practices with email, phone, and social drips, and using enablement technology to connect with new prospects. 
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch appointments with target prospects.
  • Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of appointments set.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
  • Conduct Needs-assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Naturally curious and passionate
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • "One-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation
  • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis


Bonus Skills and Attributes

  • HubSpot Certifications and first hand experience using Sales Hub
