Paid Advertising Specialist

Please Note: This role is open to candidates based in the USA for local or "remote" work.

We're seeking for an experienced Paid Digital Advertising Specialist to become part of our collective brainpower and expertise, and specifically to develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across our clients' search, display and social platforms.  You will own all tasks of campaign management, continually develop your paid advertising skill set, and provide your clients and fellow team members with fantastic support.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Creating compelling ad copy and directing the creation of assets (images, videos, etc.)
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance for relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
  • Planning and managing the overall budget for paid media campaigns
  • Conducting in-depth targeting (demographics, interests, keywords, etc.) and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Looking for opportunities to improve performance, finding inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to campaigns while working with your team to ensure analysis and client recommendations are being executed. This includes optimizations outside of the ad accounts. Landing page recommendations, customer journey improvements, and overall CRO suggestions to the client and internal team.
  • Preparing meaningful reports based on performance data, goals and expected results, while making recommendations to continue to improve results
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Required Skills

  • Must have at least 4+ years of recent experience managing Digital campaigns on a daily basis (preferably in an agency environment)
  • Experience managing campaigns end to end (from strategy to reporting)
  • Proficiency in targeting (keywords, audience, interest, behavior, etc.) conversion analysis, and landing page analysis
  • Understanding of funnel-based marketing and how to reach, engage and move user's through the buyer's journey
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Experience working in GA4
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe illustrator or other design tools
  • First hand experience using programatic platforms (such as StackAdapt or MIQ)
  • Sound communication and facilitation skills to manage clients and the efforts to positively influence campaigns
  • Strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency

  • Facebook Blueprint Certified
  • Pinterest Advertising Experience
  • Experience managing six figure monthly ad budgets
  • Experience utilizing Google Optimize
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Magento and Shopify
  • Experience with up and coming AI driven Ad management tools
  • Working knowledge of Website plugins such as Yoast SEO
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

PTO

Full time employees earn four work weeks of PTO annually, accrued each pay period starting your first day of employment. We also offer 7 additional days of paid time off for major holidays.

401k

During the quarterly enrollment period immediately following 90 days of employment, full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401k program that includes a company match of 50% of employee contributions up to an employee contribution of 6% with a six year graded vesting schedule.

Client and Employee Referral Bonuses
