HubSpot Implementation Specialist

If that sounds good to you, we encourage you to apply for our open position. The HubSpot Implementation Specialist at Digitopia is responsible for strategizing and implementing complex marketing and sales operations solutions in HubSpot.

This role requires a deep understanding of all of HubSpot's technical capabilities, 3rd-party integration potential, and how to use all Hubs (including Ops Hub) to their full potential. It also requires experience working in and with B2B marketing and/or sales teams.

A basic understanding of CSS/HTML/JS is a plus.

  • A strong foundation in marketing automation
  • A knack for problem-solving and diagnosing root causes in an established process
  • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, and specifically, Salesforce integrations with HubSpot
  • Good business acumen

Your typical day would include:

  • Meeting with clients to consult on proposed processes and solutions to build a prioritized HubSpot roadmap
  • Managing clients and projects to ensure prompt delivery of solutions implementation
  • Implementation of proposed solutions within HubSpot or delegation to a client's internal team when appropriate
  • Mapping process/lead flows (using tools like Lucidchart) 
  • Training client's sales and marketing teams on how to leverage HubSpot tools and how to work within the implemented process
  • Collaborating with fellow Digitopians to deliver world-class service to our clients

Responsibilities

  • Work both independently, and with our Inbound Marketing Strategists, to set up HubSpot to support our proprietary framework, The Digital Utopia Methodology.
  • Work to build out each client’s HubSpot platform and track the effectiveness of their Marketing, Sales, and Service strategies. 
  • HubSpot template customization: email, landing page, webpage, etc
  • Marketing program support and execution, including segmentation, lead scoring, A/B testing, workflows, and sequences.
  • Interface with client’s sales teams to ensure leads are tracked, routed correctly, and attributed to the correct campaigns.
  • Set up and maintain 3rd party integrations with HubSpot (Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, Zoom, Survey Tools, etc.)
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and the CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Collaborate with clients’ sales and marketing teams to build programs that support sales enablement.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 3+ years of professional experience working within a MarTech/CRM platform (HubSpot, Zoho, SalesForce, Pardot, Marketo)
  • Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
  • Process Improvement & Process Diagramming
  • Comfortability in troubleshooting existing friction and consulting on possible solutions
  • Working knowledge of closed-loop reporting
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Basic HTML & CSS proficiency
  • HubSpot Inbound Certified
