Entry-Level Sales Development        Representative (SDR)

Please Note: This role is open to candidates based in the USA for local or "remote" work.

We are looking for the next Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. From facilitating initial conversations to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our sales team.

No experience required - training provided.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Digitopia. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field.   • You’ll strategically prospect & engage with inbound leads to create new sales opportunities for our sales team
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned Digitopia account executive to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
  • Work closely with Digitopia account executives to improve deal flow and grow pipeline
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using HubSpot enablement technology to connect with new leads and prospects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing & sales leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual goals

From time to time, you may be required to travel for work. Required travel can only be rejected during verified medical or family emergencies. The anticipated frequency of travel for this position is estimated to be 1-2 times per year.

Full time employees earn four work weeks of PTO annually, accrued each pay period starting your first day of employment. We also offer 7 additional days of paid time off for major holidays for a total of 5+ weeks of PTO every year.


During the quarterly enrollment period immediately following 90 days of employment, full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401k program that includes a company match of 100% for the first 1% of your income and 50% match for the next 5% of your income for a total company match of 3.5% if you contribute 6% of your income to your 401k.
